1. From what age may NoseFridaâ„¢ be used?

NoseFridaâ„¢ may be used from birth, until the child is able to blow their own nose. The NoseFridaâ„¢ may suitable for children between the ages of 0 to 3 years old.

2. How do I clean my NoseFridaâ„¢?

We recommend that you clean your NoseFridaâ„¢ by washing the large tube with warm soap and water, and cleaning the long thin tube with a few drops of rubbing alcohol. You may place all parts in the dishwasher or sanitize EXCEPT for the long thin tub and the sponge filters. Keeping the long thin tube dry will prevent any mould from growing.

3. Is NoseFridaâ„¢ safe to use?

Yes, it is safe to use. The Hygiene Filters are clinically proven to prevent the transfer of mucus or bacterial germs to the snot sucker when clearing stuffy noses. It is BPA and Phthalate-free, and is safe for all ages.

4. How often should the filter be replaced?

We recommend changing out the filter after every use. The device comes with 4 filters, but you can also buy replacement filters in packs of 20.

5. Can I get replacement filters?

6. Can I suck too hard?

No, you can never suck too hard. If you’re having trouble in clearing the congestion from your baby's nose we recommend a few pumps of saline spray to aid with seamless snot sucking.

7. Where can I buy NoseFridaâ„¢ and the filters?

NoseFridaâ„¢ and the filters may be found at leading pharmacies and selected independent pharmacies. If your local pharmacy does not have it in stock, you may request for them to order it in for you.

8. Should you close the other nostril with a finger when sucking?

We do not recommend closing the other nostril. All you need is some major lung power to get that snotty job done!
